Help Us Keep The Fountain On

Please help us keep The Fountain operating. Small toys with breakable or detachable parts are not allowed in the fountain. Please help us keep The Fountain operating. Plastic bottle or fruit pouch caps, straws, sticks, crayon's, food and other pieces of debris can cause damage to the fountain motors causing extended shutdown. Please keep these items out of The Fountain and The Fountain area.

Help Us Keep The Fountain Clean

Please make sure that all trash is placed in the bins. Please handle all clothing and diaper changes in the restrooms. Small children must use swim diapers.

RESPECT FAIRVIEW TOWN CENTER BUSINESSES

Please respect the FTC businesses that make having The Fountain possible and do not bring food from restaurants and businesses that are not located at Fairview Town Center, including fast food and food brought from home. Beverages brought from home should be in in reusable containers and must be kept out of The Fountain. Soft coollers only for beverages.

THE FOUNTAIN RULES

Safety is our top priority. Please observe, and ensure your child(ren) observe the following rules so The Fountain is safe and enjoyable for all guests:

• The Fountain is for children 12 years old or younger.

• Children must always be supervised by an adult at least 18 years old while at The Fountain.

• Unruly and unsupervised children found unattended at The Fountain will be escorted back to their parents and will need to remain with their parents for the rest of their visit.

• Appropriate attire is required. Adults are required to wear shirts, shorts/pants, and shoes at all times. Children twelve and under may wear swim suits while playing in The Fountain.  Swim footwear is strongly encouraged.

• Swim diapers are required for young children. 

• Diaper changes must be done in the restrooms. Children, regardless of age, are not permitted in The Fountain or in The Fountain area naked or wearing only a diaper.

• Small toys of any kind or toy weapons are not permitted in the fountain.

• No running or rough play in The Fountain or The Fountain area.

• No glass of any kind in The Fountain or The Fountain area.

• No alcohol in The Fountain or The Fountain area. 

• No pop-up tents or shade structures in The Fountain or The Fountain area.    

• Pets are not permitted in The Fountain.

• Bikes, skateboards, roller-blades, scooters, and other wheeled toys and vehicles are not permitted in The Fountain. 

• Tables and chairs and benches in The Fountain area are available first come first serve and may not be reserved.  Please do not leave personal items on tables to reserve them.  

• Private events such as children’s birthday parties are not permitted at The Fountain or The Fountain area.

  FAIRVIEW TOWN CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN THE FOUNTAIN AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT NOTICE, INCLUDING IF GUESTS AND THEIR CHILD(REN) ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE FOUNTAIN RULES.
